  案例:我公司为扩展业务,在不属于公司所在县的异地设立一个分支机构,实行统一核算。由于机构所在地客户较多,我公司与机构所在地的顾客达成协议,通过分支机构以略高于成本价的价格向顾客直接销售我公司产品,有个实际问题恳请专家指导:公司这种销售方式是否属于直销?应如何进行会计和税务处理?直销行为应如何处理?请举例说明。

  浙江某公司财务人员李博专家把脉:这种销售方式不属于直销行为。自2005年12月1日起施行的《直销管理条例》明确规定,直销是指直销企业招募直销员,由直销员在固定营业场所之外直接向最终消费者推销产品的经销方式。《增值税暂行条例实施细则》规定,设有两个以上机构并实行统一核算的纳税人,将货物从一个机构移送其他机构用于销售,视同销售货物,但相关机构设在同一县(市)的除外。你公司的这种销售行为属于税法中所称的不在同一县(市)分支机构转移货物,是视同销售行为。

  这种视同销售情况是有条件的,即分支机构应发生向消费者开具发票或向消费者收取货款两项情形之一的行为,移送货物的总机构应按同类产品的售价记销项税额,并开具增值税专用发票给分支机构。由于是内部转移货物,这种货物转移在会计上不作销售处理。

  例1.A为增值税一般纳税人,主要生产和销售甲产品,甲产品成本价为2000元/件,同类一级批发价为2200元/件,零售价为2500元/件。A有一个分支机构B(不在同一县),A将甲产品按2100元/件的价格通过B直接卖给消费者。以上价格均为不含税价。本月以下列方式销售货物:

  方式一:B从A处转移货物,直接向购货方收取货款,销售数量为200件。

  方式二:B从A处转移货物,由A收取货款并开具发票,销售数量为50件。

  在第一种方式下,由于B直接向购货者收取货款,属视同销售。A移送货物时应按同类批发价开具增值税专用发票给B.会计处理为:

  A发出货物时,

  借:应收账款 474800

    贷:库存商品 400000

      应交税金——应交增值税(销项税额)74800(2200×200×17%)。

  A收到B转来的销货款时,

  借:银行存款  474800

    贷:应收账款 474800.

  B接受货物时,

  借:库存商品  400000

    应交税金——应交增值税(进项税额)  74800

    贷:应付账款 474800.

  B销售货物时,

  借:银行存款  494800

    贷:主营业务收入420000(2100×200)

      应交税金———应交增值税(销项税额)  74800.

  B结转成本时,

  借:主营业务成本 400000

    贷:库存商品 400000.

  B支付A购货款时,

  借:应付账款  474800

    贷:银行存款474800.

  在第二种方式下,由于转移货物时,B不开具发票和收取货款,不符合视同销售的条件,不作视同销售处理。会计处理为:A发出货物给B时,

  借:应收账款  100000

    贷:库存商品100000.

  A收到销货款时,

  借:银行存款  123700

    贷:主营业务收入105000(2100×50)

      应交税金——应交增值税(销项税额)18700(2200×50×17%)。

  B接受货物时,

  借:库存商品  100000

    贷:应付账款 100000.

  A结转成本时,

  借:主营业务成本 100000

    贷:应收账款 100000.

  同时通知B冲销往来,B作相反的分录。

  例2.A公司为具有直销资格的直销企业,由直销员直接销售给消费者货物40000元,该产品按当月的平均销售价格为50000元,成本为36000元(以上均为不含税价),向直销员按销售收入2.5%支付报酬,上述货款己收到并存入银行或以银行存款支付。

  企业发生直销行为时,直销产品的销售价低于其他非直销产品的售价属于正当理由的低价,可按低售价确定销项税额。A公司的会计处理为:

  借:银行存款  46800

    贷:主营业务收入  40000

      应交税金——应交增值税(销项税额)  6800.

  借:营业费用  1000

    贷:银行存款  800

      应交税金——代扣代缴个人所得税  200.

  同时结转销售成本(略)。

试过没有用,应该需要清楚该操作员在数据库里面的缓存记录

    T+自定义转账
    财务月末会做一些摊销、计提等业务。大部分业务涉及的科目都相对固定,这样可以通过自定转账模板完成自动转账功能。本功能提供模板设置功能,月末可以根据设置的模板内容批量生成相应的会计凭证。
    支持以下两种结转模板:
    ?转账类别:公式结转
    o月末转账凭证的科目及借贷方向比较固定。(只能是末级科目)
    o各分录的金额、本币、数量的值可以通过函数取数获得。
    ?转账类别:对应结转
    o要定义转出科目和转入科目(月末把某个或多个科目的余额结转到另外一个或多个科目的余额中,可以是非末级科目。)
    o模板上不定义借贷方向,生成凭证时由转出科目的性质方向确定分录方向。(转出科目性质为借方,转出科目生成的分录为贷方,对应转入科目生成的分录为借方)
    o分录的金额、本币、数量的值不需要设置,默认为转出科目的期末余额。 要结合定义的转账比例,即在取出的期末余额的基础上乘上比例。
    一、公式结转
    例:要将制造费用期末余额结转到生产成本
    设置 (1)转账类别为公式转账
    (2)5101制造费用 方向在“贷方”,公式QM("5101","RMB","年","月")
    (3)500102 生产成本-间接成本,公式CE()

    二、 对应结转
    例:将生产成本的50%结转到主营业务成本
    设置 (1)转账类别为对应结转
    生产成本,转账方式—转出
    主营业务成本,转账方式—转入,转账比例为0.5

    三、生成凭证
